1. Services

Alien Detailing provides vehicle detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, paint protection, and other specialised treatments. Service availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be made via our online booking form, email, or phone.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All pricing is quoted in NZD and includes GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition and size of your vehicle.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, EFTPOS, or direct bank transfer. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Alien Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration of surfaces due to age or wear, or for personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Alien Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Use of Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. Any misuse of the Site or attempt to interfere with its functioning is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
